About Flavours of Sicily
Where heritage, family, and craftsmanship meet.
Flavours of Sicily was created to share the true character of Sicilian produce with the UK — flavours shaped by land, tradition, and the hands that tend them.
Our story begins in Lucca Sicula, a hilltop village in Agrigento surrounded by ancient groves, almond trees, and vibrant citrus orchards. It is here that Giuseppe Giambrone, a third-generation farmer and a member of our extended family, has devoted his life to the craft of olive and almond cultivation.
Our connection to this land is personal.
Giuseppe is family — and through him, we have come to understand the rhythm, heritage, and devotion that define these groves.
What we discovered was not simply olive oil, but a living tradition preserved with pride.
A Family Craft Rooted in the Land
Giuseppe’s philosophy is guided by respect:
for the soil, for the seasons, and for the heritage passed down by his father and grandfather.
His grove thrives without chemicals or artificial irrigation, relying solely on the natural richness of its hillside environment. Olives are harvested early, by hand, and pressed within hours — capturing their vibrant aroma, natural low acidity, and unmistakably Sicilian character.
This is slow, careful, uncompromised craftsmanship.
A way of working that cannot be rushed.
From Our Grove to Your Table
Flavours of Sicily was founded to honour this craft and share it directly — without blending, industrial processing, or intermediaries. What reaches your home is produce from a single family grove: transparent, honest, and rich in story.
Our extra virgin olive oil carries the brightness of the fruit, the depth of the hillside soil, and the warmth of the Sicilian sun.
Our almonds grow beside the olive trees, flourishing under the same conditions that make this land so unique.
This is the flavour of a place — a taste shaped by nature, tradition, and time.
The Abundance of Lucca Sicula
Among the olive and almond trees, citrus orchards fill the landscape with colour and fragrance. They form an essential part of the natural biodiversity that enriches the groves and supports the health of the land.
This diversity is what gives Lucca Sicula its vitality — a landscape that nurtures everything it grows and shapes the unique character of our oil.
This land is more than a farm.
It is heritage.
