UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)

Orders are delivered through Royal Mail or courier, depending on weight and destination.

Tracked Delivery (1–3 working days)

Fully tracked service with delivery updates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and location.

 

Packaging & Protection

All bottles, tins and gift boxes are securely packed using protective materials to ensure safe arrival.

We use:

Double-walled packaging for glass

Eco-friendly kraft materials where possible

Additional padding for gift boxes

Void fill to prevent movement in transit

Your order is handled with the same care we use for our own family shipments from Sicily.

 

Dispatch Times

Orders placed Monday–Friday are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Weekend orders ship on Monday.

During peak olive-oil season or UK restock weeks, dispatch may take 1 additional day.

 

International Shipping

At present, we ship within the UK only.

International delivery will be introduced soon as we expand our logistics.
