Our Promise

We take great care in selecting, packing and delivering every order from Flavours of Sicily.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your items arrive damaged, leaking or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send an email with:

Your order number

Photos of the outer box

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the damaged item

We will replace or refund the affected product promptly.

Returns (Unopened Items Only)

For food safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original condition.

If you wish to return an item:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

The item must be returned in resaleable condition

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected

Returned items must be sent using a tracked service.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety, the following cannot be returned:

Opened olive oil bottles

Opened almond packs

Gift sets with opened components

Products damaged due to improper storage

Items marked as “final sale”

 

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear.

If your refund has not arrived after 7 working days:

Check with your bank or card provider

Then contact us and we’ll assist you

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrived damaged or faulty.
